superb service
This is the thirt time I shipped my car with Autolog between NJ and Florida. I brought the car to their terminal in Linden and they checked it in and then took me in their shuttle van to the train station where I caught a train back to NY. I got home in less than 1 hour. The car was transported to WPB and I flew in to the airport and when I landed I called their terminal and they sent a shuttle van to pick me up at the airport and brought me to my car at their airport terminal. Their service is superb and when you take into account the fact that you don't need a limo or taxi to take you home the cost of their service is lower than their competitors.

Review: Would Recommend Autolog to anyone who is shipping across the US. Used them twice with good experiences both times. I shipped via train the last time so I was expecting a minor delay in delivery date, to my surprise the delivery was a week early. The people at autolog are helpful as well and will let you know where your vehicle is at any point during the shipping process. I don't know much about competitor prices, but I felt that the cost was fair.

Subject: Good Experience 
Review: This was a terminal to terminal transport. I was flexible in when i could send the vehicle and expected there would be at least a couple of week wait until I could drop the car-off. To my surprise, they told me i could drop it off on Thursday of the same week. The agreed transport time was 2 1/2 weeks. After reading many reviews on this website i was certain it would take longer. 

I dropped the car off and everyone I dealt with was very professional and, within 20 minutes of my arrival, they gave me a ride to the local train station for my commute to NY. 

The following week I called to see if the car had left. To my surprise, it had left two days previously. 

Then, less than 2 weeks after I dropped it off, Autolog called my son to tell him the car had arrived. He picked it up the next morning and it was in exactly the same condition as when I had dropped it off.

Review: I was very happy with the service from Autolog. I dropped my car off at the terminal in NJ and the car arrived in CA 18 days later a few hours after the estimated time. 
I bought the guarenteed arrival insurance as well, but that wasn't needed since it arrived the day it was predicted. 
The only reason I didn't rate it as "excellent" is that there should have been a way to track the car's progress online by confirmation number. That would have given me more peace of mind. 
Otherwise, the service was perfect and the car got to me in the same condition as I had sent it off.

Review: I was referred by a friend to try Autolog, after an horrible experience with another carrier. 
The customer service rep. made the reservation process very simple and easy. The fare was around $600 for terminal to terminal service, which was pretty reasonable. I dropped my car in West Palm Beach, FL. and took advance of the free valet service to airport. My car arrived in New Jersey on time. I later found out my friend received an Autolog $25 referral reward check for recommending me. The service was friendly and reliable and the car arrived with no damage. 
I would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking to transport a car.

Review: The first time I had to have a car sent from NJ to FLA was a disaster. The company I dealt with was very vague and couldn't pinpoint a day when my car would be picked up. When they finally gave me a day I stayed home from work and no one showed up. 

Autolog was very clear, the agents would answer any questions, find out where my car was and give me all the details and provided good service.
