We will pick up your car on the day you choose when you make the reservation. Other carriers give you an inconvenient window of 3-5 days, sometimes even longer.
When we pick up your car or drop it off we will always send a flatbed truck or in the NYC area a professional driver. Most other companies will send their large car carriers which is the primary cause of damage to your car. Seldom can these large trucks maneuver on small streets and often you will have to meet them at a local parking lot with little notice.
At Autolog we have a lower cost alternative to pick up and delivery. We maintain over 100 terminals in most major cities across the continental United States where you can pick up or drop off your car at your convenience. Once your car arrives at our terminal you will be notified immediately and then have up to 3 days of free storage.
We offer a 5% discount off our terminal to terminal rate for military personnel.
Autolog transports automobiles from most areas in the continental United States to Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Autolog will fully reimburse you if you cancel for any reason prior to tendering the vehicle at Autolog. Many of our competitors will ask for their commission up front and cancellation penalties normally apply.
In most major Florida cities Autolog provides you with a free pick up or drop off at the airport. This makes it very convenient to fly in to meet your car or to drop your car off on the way to your flight.
Autolog is the only carrier in the industry to offer an enclosed rail service from the Northeast to the West Coast. Shipping by rail allows your car to travel flat without being tied down by chains. This method also shields your car from inclement weather and other pitfalls of the road. This service is an additional $100. Ask one of our experienced agents for more information.
All shipping times are estimates, however for an additional fee (depending on distance) we can insure that your car will arrive on time. For every day your car is delayed past the final estimated destination date we will pay you $25/day.

We offer two classes of service: a 2 day delivery for $2 per pound, and a 4 day delivery for $1 per pound, both with a $20 pick-up fee. Once you place your order, they pick-up your belonging at the time you specify, so you don't have to wait hours like you would with other shipping companies. Ultimately all you need to do is pack, and call us. They take care of the rest.
